Growing Minds Pediatric Therapy PLLC (“we,” “us”) respects your family’s privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect

We may also collect basic website usage information, such as pages visited and device type. We use analytics tools to understand how our website is used. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule screenings, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Please don’t send health details through this website
Our website and contact form are not a secure way to send health information. Please don’t include diagnoses, medical records, insurance ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details. We’ll talk about those privately once we connect.
Once your child becomes a client, health information we create or receive as part of care is protected by our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, including HIPAA. Read our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our website and practice (for example, website hosting, email, or scheduling tools) and only as needed. We may also share information if required by law.
Calls and text messages
If you ask us to contact you by phone or text, we will use the number you provide to respond to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, along with analytics tools, to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and what type of device is used. This information is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify your child. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected. Please do not enter your child’s health information in the contact form.
Children’s privacy
